Plumbing, LLC, a subsidiary of Ace Hardware Corporation (collectively, "A-Total
Plumbing", "we", "our", or "us") under A-Total Plumbing's Terms of Use. Our
franchisees may also be authorized to use your personal information in the
manner described in this Policy. Please note: Our franchisees independently may
have their own data collection and use practices that are not governed by this
Policy. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the Services (as
defined below) or by submitting information to us in a manner governed by this
